2. How to Return an Item

- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, and ship it back to us. You are responsible for the shipping costs for returns.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
3. Refunds
After we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return requirements. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note the following:
